Celebrate the vibrant flavours and creativity of Southeast Asia through scent at celebrASIA Festival.
Inspired by the Southeast Asia's culture and beloved drinks, participants will create a personalised candle while exploring Asian-inspired fragrances and latte art aesthetics. Whether you're a matcha lover, coffee enthusiast or Ube (!!!) fan, this beginner-friendly workshop is a chance to get creative and create your own candle.

📍 Location: Battersea Power Station, Level 1, Turbine Hall A
 
No prior candle-making experience is required.
 
During the workshop, participants will:
✨ Learn the fundamentals of fragrance blending
✨ Create a signature scent from a curated fragrance library featuring fresh, floral, woody and Asian-inspired notes, including pandan, lemongrass, yuzu and more
✨ Hand-pour a candle and decorate it with a signature latte-inspired finish, and beautiful toppings

This craft masterclass is part of celebrASIA, London’s largest South East Asian festival, taking place at Battersea Power Station for a third year from 11th – 13th September. New additions for the 2026 festival include expert panel sessions on fashion, culture, literature and food, as well as comedy sets, cooking classes, a week of film screenings, and more.

We ask you to arrive up to 10 minutes before the advertised start time, as the event will start promptly at that time. Late arrivals will be admitted at our discretion.
This is a ticketed event only, and all guests will be seated.
You must bring proof of your ticket with you (digital or print).
The Battersea Power Station site is big. Please allow 10-15 minutes to walk to the venue from Battersea Power Station tube and longer from Battersea Park or Queenstown Road stations.
