• All our candles are handmade, so slight variations in colour, scent, or size may occur.

• Product descriptions and images are for guidance only.

• All candles must be used in line with the safety instructions provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse (e.g. leaving a candle unattended, not trimming the wick, or placing candles near flammable materials).

3. Ordering & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase from us. We may refuse or cancel orders if payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, or there is a pricing error.

• Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

• We accept Visa and Mastercard payment methods

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT

4. Delivery

• We deliver to UK, EU and the US.

• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• Risk passes to you once your order is delivered to the address provided.

• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Free delivery apply for orders over a 50GBP.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• As required by UK law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order, starting from the day you receive your items.

• To cancel, please email us at inthemoodfor.co@gmail.com with your order number.

• Items must be returned in original, unused condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty.

• We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom-made candles unless faulty.

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving returned goods.
